My professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, where I laid the foundation for my career in technology.

 

I embarked on my first role as a Front-End Engineer at a dynamic SaaS startup, specializing in proximity marketing solutions. This experience was a whirlwind, as the startup environment allowed me to wear multiple hats. I seamlessly transitioned between being a technical marketer and a product engineer, all while focusing on front-end development.

 

During this time, I discovered the power of empathy in design. Working closely with customers, I developed a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics, which illuminated the importance of achieving a strong product-market fit. My insatiable curiosity about consumer behavior and the latest technological advancements fueled my desire to delve deeper into the world of user experience.

 

To bridge the gap between technology and user needs, I pursued formal education in Human-Computer Interaction. This program provided me with invaluable opportunities to engage directly with users, uncovering their challenges and ideating creative solutions to alleviate their pain points. Each interaction reinforced my passion for designing meaningful user experiences that resonate deeply with people.

 

As I completed my studies, I realized that to truly excel in creating user-centric solutions, I needed to enhance my quantitative research skills. This led me to enroll in a second master’s program in Applied Data Science. Here, I aim to merge qualitative insights with data-driven approaches, allowing me to craft solutions that are not only tailored to user needs but also backed by solid research
